We're Hiring: Electrical Sign Assembler (Full-Time) - San Diego, CA.

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your craftsmanship? Join our growing team in sunny San Diego as an Electrical Sign Assembler and help bring our custom signage to life!

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and wire electrical components for custom commercial signage.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform layout, mounting, and lighting of signs (LED/fluorescent/neon).
• Ensure all signs meet safety standards and quality control requirements.
• Collaborate with fabrication and design teams to meet production timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in sign assembly or electrical work (preferred) but willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with tools such as drills, saws, and multimeters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
