In your position, you will drive Cambrooke revenue and enhance Cambrooke’s reputation with medical professionals, identify and cultivate lead opportunities and work closely with the Director of Sales in annual budget development.

The salary range for this position is $78,700-$95,000 plus 30% bonus potential.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Meet sales expectations for organic growth and new product launches within company guidelines
  • Develop relationships with healthcare professionals in targeted segments (e.g., Metabolic, Ketogenic, GI/Allergy).
  • Establish Cambrooke as a trusted partner in patient care
  • Create and optimize a territory business plan with regional strategies and field activities
  • Identify and cultivate lead opportunities
  • Enhance clinical competence regarding the companies products
  • Collaborate with CambrookeCare to identify DME providers and follow-up with clinicians as needed
  • Identify formulary needs for successful inclusion (e.g., State programs, WIC, Medicaid)
  • Work with other Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists for cross-functional collaboration
  • Control territory expenses within budget and assist the Director of Sales in annual budget development
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Participate in marketing events (seminars, trade shows, telemarketing)
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with payment collections as needed
  • Coordinate shipping schedules for samples and events
  • Provide on-the-job training for new sales employees
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Bring To The Job
  • BA/BS Degree in related field (e.g., business, marketing, nutrition, dietetics, healthcare, sales)
  • Previous Sales experience preferred. Equivalent customer-facing experience in the healthcare industry; demonstrated ability to influence change
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship databases
  • Excellent follow-through skills and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Strong reasoning, analytical abilities, with a demonstrated history of sound judgement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervisor as well as the ability to share ideas, knowledge, and work as part of a team
  • Ability to interact well within a diverse population and work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • English: C2 – Proficient
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working within the healthcare continuum (hospital, DME, physician office, pharmacies)
  • Registered Dietitian licensure
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
