Description of the Role: As a BDC Rep at Key Hyundai of Manchester, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media platforms to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide necessary information
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, understanding financing options, and overall purchase process
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
