Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid/Remote - Thousand Oaks, CA)

We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Thousand Oaks, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients, managing accounts, and ensuring they have the best coverage options to meet their needs.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining direct client relationships.
Consult with clients to assess coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Market new and renewal business while developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers.
Conduct initial policy reviews and prepare coverage breakdowns.
Handle client inquiries related to coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other insurance matters.
Assist producers in gathering renewal exposure information.
Perform other job-related tasks as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required).
3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
Proficiency in AMS360.
Experience managing small to large-sized commercial accounts.
Strong knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures.
