At HelpDesk.tech, the Concierge is a prestige position, and MAKES EVERYONE LOOK GOOD. Think of a Concierge as a “personal assistant” to not only technicians who work with us, but also to the computer users they serve. The Concierge's main responsibilities are to listen, interpret, document, and schedule the needs of computer users. You are the best candidate when you have 3+ years of experience in a hospitality role with high levels of client interaction by phone, chat, and other means, and a “white glove” / concierge approach to service. You will be an experienced typist, have solid computer user skills, with a focus on use of most common office software as well as some sort of case management and perhaps reservation software. You will also be inquisitive, interested in people, and a joy for people to get to know.

Job Duties:
Provides a front-line concierge experience, coordinating the needs of users needing hardware or software support.
Fields a high volume of phone calls, chats, and other inquiries and assists clients remotely via phone or internet.
Supports unfamiliar situations and scenarios by taking initiative, learning quickly, and providing solutions and service with a loving attitude.
Salary Range:
$47,000-$52,000 - based on a 40 hour week
