Data Scientist (Senior)
Base salary in the range of $170,000 to $220,000 plus significant equity. Minimum Experience Required: 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives. You will design and implement advanced machine learning models, drive data-driven strategies, and mentor junior team members. If you have a passion for solving complex problems with data, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development of advanced machine learning models.
Design and execute complex data analysis projects.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
Collaborate with engineers to deploy models to production.
Communicate insights to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in data science.
Expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
Experience with large datasets and distributed computing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Bonus Points:
Experience with deep learning and NLP.
Publications in relevant fields.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
