Your Role:

Step into a position where your leadership skills will be the driving force behind Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control teams. Your mission: to enhance our production efficiency while meeting cost objectives. We're on a journey to boost performance, slash waste, and ensure our facility operates at peak capacity.

• Lead and inspire our technical teams to hit production goals and cost targets.
• Oversee and refine our capital budget, nurturing the talent within your team.
• Ensure our facilities and equipment are always ready for action.
• Steer our engineering budget with strategic insight.
• Collaborate to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
• Manage the hiring, development, and performance of your team.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing and technical operations.
• Maintain a keen focus on environmental compliance and safety.

Your Credentials:

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years in engineering with a track record in project management.
• Leadership experience for over 4 years.
• Preference for those familiar with extrusion and thermoforming.
• Strong communicative and analytical skills.
