Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product, QA, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet expectations.
Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and progress tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Internship experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to break down complex systems and processes into manageable components.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or wireframing tools is a plus.
Preferred Traits: Curious, self-driven, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
