Organizes, controls, implements and monitors the flow ofprinted materials inprintingoperations. Confirms product specifications, arranges adjustments, monitors the quality of the product and ensures deadlines are met. Maintains efficient workflows, continuous improvement efforts and safety standards. Recommends, implements, monitors and measures the effectiveness of policies and procedures. Manages suppliers and costs.-Performs operational, craft or manual tasks-Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience-Performs tasks according to established procedures-Entry-level position with little or no prior relevant training or work experience-Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision little autonomy-Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detailFunctional Knowledge:-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplinesBusiness Expertise:-Understands own tasks and how they relate to others in the teamLeadership:-Has no supervisory responsibilitiesProblem Solving:-Uses existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks; has limited opportunity to solve problemsImpact:-Impacts own workInterpersonal Skills:-Requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $18.50 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
