**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** A production company that manufactures grout and concrete is seeking a long-term general production worker. The role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality control in a dynamic industrial environment. 1st Shift - 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday) $20 - $21/hr **Responsibilities** + Measure and inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. + Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift. + Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines. + Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures. **Essential Skills** + General production experience + Machine operation + General labor + Production handling + Forklift operation + Product inspection and measurement **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Comfortable being cross-trained within multiple departments. + Ability to complete basic math and measuring tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment. Steel-toed shoes are required, and personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks are provided by the company. The work hours are as follows: 1st Shift - 6 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday) and 2nd Shift - 2 PM to 12:30 AM (4/10 - Monday-Thursday). Overtime may be required as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
