Description Summary/Objective The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter will assist in various HR tasks, primarily focusing on recruitment and administrative support. This role is crucial for ensuring an efficient hiring process and maintaining smooth HR operations. Essential Functions - Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings through ATS system.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities with the social committee.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with benefit administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full time status. Extended hours may be required based on the business need.
Travel This role does not require travel.
