Join Malone Workforce Solutions as an Equipment Technician in the vibrant Shelbyville, Kentucky community.

What You Can Expect:

• Hourly rate ranging from $29 to $34, based on your expertise
• Flexible shifts: Daytime 7am to 7:30pm, or nighttime 7pm to 7:30am
• Convenient 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work two days, two days off, then three days on)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Swiftly address equipment malfunctions or site issues with professionalism
• Conduct thorough diagnostics on machinery and propose effective solutions
• Regularly examine mold equipment components like waterlines and clamps for wear and perform replacements when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years experience in the plastic industry or within the field of injection molding
• Familiarity with large tonnage machine operations (4000 tons)
• Experience with dual-barrel Italtech machines is a plus

Required Skills:

• Proficient in basic mathematics
• Skilled in operating forklifts and cranes
• Adept with mechanical tasks and technology usage
• Ability to perform maintenance duties and solve problems efficiently
• Comfortable working from elevated platforms
