Location: Indiana (100% Remote / Telehealth) Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire with Client) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Openings: Multiple Positions Available

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a rapidly growing telehealth behavioral healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality, accessible mental health services. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will provide virtual therapy to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, or life challenges.

Our client is looking for dedicated, long-term team members who are passionate about growing with an innovative, rapidly expanding organization focused on delivering accessible and high-quality mental health care. This is not a contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Assessment: Conduct virtual mental health assessments to evaluate psychological well-being, symptoms, and goals for care.

  • Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop client-centered treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic models tailored to each individual’s needs.

  • Teletherapy Services: Deliver individual, couples, or group therapy through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

  • Crisis Management: Provide remote crisis intervention and support during high-risk situations, including risk assessments and safety planning.

  • Case Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with internal healthcare providers and external community resources to ensure holistic care and support.

  • Patient Empowerment: Support clients in developing coping skills, building resilience, and achieving emotional wellness goals.

  • Ethics & Compliance: Adhere to state laws, ethical codes, and telehealth delivery regulations for LPCs.

Requirements:

  • Licensure (Required): Active and unencumbered LPC license in Indiana

  • Preferred: Dual licensure in both Indiana and Florida

  • Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience: 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred; telehealth experience is a plus

  • Certifications: CPR certification required; additional training in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or EMDR is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic counseling skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a virtual setting

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain engagement with clients remotely

  • Capable of managing a caseload of up to 25 clients
