Job Description

A premier boutique litigation firm with an office in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles is looking for a friendly and collaborative paralegal/legal assistant for litigation and administrative support. Our legal assistants function as paralegals, legal secretaries, file clerks, and general assistants who help answer phones and maintain the office.

Qualifications

- At least 3-5 years of paralegal experience;

- Paralegal Certification required;

- Able to operate in a fast-paced litigation environment and support 5-7 attorneys along with other support staff;

- Able to balance competing needs of several attorneys and cases;

- Friendly and cooperative attitude, flexible, team player;

- Organized, detail-oriented;

- Excellent communications skills;

- Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is absolutely required;

- Knowledge of Concordance or other document review platforms is a plus
