**Job Title: Production Operator - Roll Forming** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Roll Former to manufacture gutter downpipes in our Roll Forming Plant. Your primary focus will be on safety and precision, ensuring quality production through visual inspection and measurements. You will also assemble boxes, add shipping labels, close boxes, and move finished products to the warehouse using a pallet jack. A thorough understanding of RAM and mechanical aptitude is required. **Responsibilities** + Operate the Roll Former machine to manufacture gutter downpipes. + Ensure safety and quality by conducting visual inspections and measuring parts with a tape measure. + Assemble boxes and affix shipping labels. + Close boxes and organize them on pallets. + Use a pallet jack to move finished products to the warehouse. + Utilize hand tools effectively. + Maintain a strong understanding of RAM and mechanical processes. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience as a machine operator. + Ability to read and use a tape measure. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Proficient in basic math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to pass a basic math test. + Experience with metal rolling and stamping. + Proactive and self-starting work ethic. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy numerous opportunities for growth and promotion within a thriving company that has seen consistent annual growth of 20%. Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional work on Fridays. Expect 8-10 hours of overtime per week. The complex houses six different plants, providing ample opportunities for advancement. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
