What You'll Do:

Meet and exceed Safe Quality Food and Safety standards diligently.
Operate with dexterity and strength around machinery—lift, reach, and work in harmony with the gear.
Prep spaces for the production flow.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without deviation.
Handle machinery using various types of manual and lifting tools.
Navigate electronic barcode systems with ease.
Implement “lock out/tag out” procedures accurately.
From printing to sealing, monitor the stack of paper cartons meticulously.
Maintain and fine-tune equipment with your hand tools.
Make mechanical adjustments on the fly to optimize output.
Dispose of scrap effectively while ensuring minimal waste.
Keep your workspace organized, following a sophisticated set of procedures.
Utilize designated cleaning tools to keep your station gleaming.
Ensure quality even as you monitor production rigorously.
Communicate clearly with your Operator, Quality Auditor, and Team Leads.
Stay on top of documentation—operational paperwork is key to success.
Don't let the machines stop—address and convey any maintenance complications.
Help your team track and report downtime data.
Contribute wherever and whenever you're needed.
