Marketing Director – Chick-fil-A Century Farms

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead the local marketing efforts for our Chick-fil-A restaurant. This individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving sales, and cultivating strong relationships within the community — all while embodying Chick-fil-A’s core values of excellence, service, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Local Store Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with sales goals, guest engagement, and Chick-fil-A brand guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, and nonprofits to create partnerships that increase community visibility and goodwill.
• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute impactful in-store and off-site events (e.g., Family Nights, Community Care Events, and sponsorships).
• Digital & Social Media Management: Manage and grow the restaurant’s social media presence, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and brand-consistent.
• Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials meet Chick-fil-A’s visual and messaging standards. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team as needed.
• Guest Experience: Support strategies to increase customer loyalty, brand advocacy, and dine-in/drive-thru/mobile app usage.
• Data & Insights: Analyze local market trends, customer feedback, and marketing campaign performance to inform future decisions and improvements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members involved in promotions, events, or guest relations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience; food service or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events
• A heart for service and alignment with Chick-fil-A’s mission and values
