Progressive Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our amazing team in Lake Worth ! You’ll work with children in both clinic and community settings like PPECs, preschools, and early learning centers. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to step into a leadership role, we’re here to support your path forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized, evidence-based OT evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
• Work in dynamic settings including clinic, community, and specialty programs like orthotics and wheelchair clinics.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress.
• Create engaging treatment plans focused on function, independence, and participation.
• Supervise students or assistants, and explore leadership roles if interested.
• Document therapy sessions and outcomes clearly and efficiently.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Florida OT license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
