Job Summary We are currently seeking an Office Clerk/Scanner to be part of the dynamic team at Jim Glover Auto Family. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities will primarily include scanning documents and various clerical duties. Responsibilities:

• Perform various clerical and administrative duties
• Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information is accurately recorded in the system
• Scan documents and make copies
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving problems
• Mail out title work to customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4 years of clerical or administrative support experience
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced computer software skills
• Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
