DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Constituent Correspondent is a professional position in the Division of Elder Opportunities, and the person in this position is responsible for helping customers who are in crisis navigate through self-identified barriers that are preventing them from meeting their immediate needs. The Constituent Correspondent assists the customers by connecting them to partners and available resources to address the customer’s immediate needs and act as a Hope Navigator as needed.
