Job Description

PURPOSE:
The Project Manager is a pivotal role within the Operations team, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that align with organizational goals. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering collaboration across teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers, Claim Supervisors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce redundancies.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to facilitate communication and maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee the integration of new initiatives, such as scorecards and quality improvement programs.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a legal or operational setting. 
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira). 
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred but not required. 
  • Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex environments. 
  • Must work on-site Monday–Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.
SALARY:
$100,000 - $120,000
