(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Community Health Center that provides nationally-recognized programs, with a focus on wellness, dental, behavioral health and pediatric specialties, walk-in Express Care, a culture of community and quality health care is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a diverse population.

Join a dedicated team of highly motivated professionals who are committed to providing an integrative, community-based approach to care. PMHNP provides diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of behavioral health disorders. Implements a plan of care and manage treatment regimens. Uses evidence-based best practice to formulate treatment plans and teachings. Schedule follow-up evaluations to monitor efficacy of treatment and adjust as indicated. Assess and update patient history, mental status, and diagnostic tests as needed. Administer, prescribe, and dispense pharmacological agents.

The behavioral healthcare staff work with a team of case managers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients.
