Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? **ROLE SUMMARY:** Empower the regional sales team with tools & resources to elevate execution while supporting wholesalers' 1- & 3-year planning processes concurrently. **JOB** **RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** + Ensure execution calendar is meeting Regional Commercial initiatives by utilizing data sources to target growth channels and consumers. + Own Account Segmentation routine and develop case studies to scale strategy across different markets. + Elevate Wholesaler Joint Business Plan process via partnership with Commercial Team. + Own West Region Activation Army Strategy supported by data and deliver best results via robust tracking and measuring. + Develop case studies showing incrementality and strong ROI to unlock future funding opportunities within region. + Serve as strategic lead for bringing programs and investment to life with wholesalers in each region: WJBP, EDGE, CPC, various incentives. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's Degree required + 5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience + In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization + Strong communication skills, both internal and external + Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools + In-Office role **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
