We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in Data Privacy & Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales and marketing functions in early-stage and growth-mode companies.
Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
