We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Account Solutions team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and their financial goals, helping them navigate their accounts and build a brighter financial future.
What You'll Be Doing:
Empowering Customers: Create tailored solutions to help customers manage their accounts and achieve financial stability.
Problem-Solving: Assist customers in resolving past-due balances and preventing vehicle repossession.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and support.
Building Relationships: Work professionally and respectfully with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Account Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Setting Promises: Leverage our call model to establish achievable payment plans and agreements.
Providing Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide support for various account-related requests.
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download).
Previous customer service or collections experience (preferred).
Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred).
Excellent customer support and persuasive skills.

Training Schedule:
Mandatory 5-week virtual training: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm PST, starting on 04/07/2025.
Work Schedule Options (PST):
Option 1: Monday: 11 am-8 pm, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: OFF, Thursday: FLEX, Friday: FLEX, Saturday: 5 am-2 pm, Sunday: 5 am-2 pm.
Option 2: Monday: OFF, Tuesday: OFF, Wednesday: 11 am-8 pm, Thursday: FLEX, Friday: FLEX, Saturday: 5 am-2 pm, Sunday: 5 am-2 pm.
